A Website Build Is Included With Every HawaiiWebSEO Recurring Plan—Here’s What That Means
Every recurring HawaiiWebSEO plan includes either a new Website build or a focused revamp of up to five standard pages. There is no separate Website build fee. Your selected plan pays for the ongoing service, while the one-time onboarding fee, Hawaii state taxes, and approved work outside the listed scope remain separate.
That is the short answer. The useful answer is understanding what the initial Website project covers, what continues each month, what you own, and when Website Build Only may be the better fit.
What the included Website build covers
The Website is part of the starting scope for Plans 1–4 and every recurring Custom Service Plan. Depending on what your business already has, we either build a new Website or focus the work on a revamp of the one you have.
The included project covers:
- A new Website or focused revamp of up to five standard pages.
- Responsive design for common screen sizes.
- Content planning and copy polishing.
- Foundational on-page and technical SEO.
- Contact-form setup.
- Two consolidated prelaunch edit rounds.
- Launch on your client-owned domain.
“Included” means we do not add a separate Website build price on top of the recurring plan. It does not mean every possible feature, integration, page, or future update is included.
What continues after launch
The service you select determines what HawaiiWebSEO continues to manage after the initial Website work is complete.
- Website Management covers one Website and active management of up to 25 core pages. It includes up to two design or content requests and 500 words of new or revised copy each month. Articles created through a selected SEO service are separate and do not count toward the 25-core-page limit.
- Search Engine Optimization includes search research, technical and on-page improvements, local SEO, content, outreach, reporting, and Generative Engine Optimization for AI-search visibility. Each month, we may complete up to five page optimizations and two articles, prioritized around the Website’s current needs.
- Google Ads Management adds campaign strategy, conversion measurement, search-term review, ad and asset work, and ongoing account management. Google’s advertising charges are paid separately by the client.
- Email Marketing adds strategy, writing, design, campaigns, automations, segmentation, testing, and reporting. Email-platform charges are separate.
A Custom Service Plan lets you select one service or combine several. Each selected service keeps its full listed scope. Ongoing Website Management is included only when you select it.
This distinction matters. The initial Website project creates or improves the foundation. The recurring service determines what we continue to manage and improve each month.
What stays outside the included scope
Some work and outside expenses remain separate so the price reflects what the project actually needs.
Examples may include:
- pages beyond the included five-page build or the selected management scope;
- large catalogs or directories;
- major redesign work beyond a focused revamp;
- ecommerce or online-ordering setup;
- ongoing store-inventory management;
- custom software or advanced integrations;
- extensive Website migrations;
- advertising spend, platform charges, domains, hosting, licenses, stock media, or paid placements; and
- work beyond the limits of the selected service.
If you request work outside the plan, we explain the added scope and price and get your written approval before beginning it.
How onboarding and billing work
Every recurring plan has a one-time onboarding fee. It covers the upfront work required to learn your business, gather access and materials, and prepare the selected services. The fee varies by plan or by the services chosen in a Custom Service Plan.
The onboarding fee and first monthly payment are invoiced on the Subscription Start Date. When Website work is included, that date is normally the Website launch date. If required content, access, approvals, or consolidated feedback delay a Website that is otherwise ready, the current Cancellation Policy explains the written notice and revised start-date process.
Recurring plans use firm 3-month, 6-month, or Annual service periods and are billed monthly. The 6-month service price is 10% below the regular 3-month price, and the Annual service price is 20% below it. Term savings apply to the monthly service price; they do not reduce the onboarding fee. Plans do not renew automatically.
Prices shown on the Plans page exclude applicable Hawaii state taxes. Invoices list services, onboarding, and tax separately.
What you own
You own the completed Website at launch. Your domain stays in your own registrar account under your ownership and billing. HawaiiWebSEO needs only the secure, delegated access required to manage the Website, not your registrar password.
Two consolidated prelaunch edit rounds are included. Each round begins after you provide one combined set of feedback. This keeps related edits together and helps the project move forward without losing track of decisions.
Why the Website and ongoing marketing are connected
A Website does more than display information. It is where many people decide whether they understand the offer, trust the business, and know what to do next.
SEO can bring a relevant visitor to a page, but the page still needs to answer the visitor’s question. Google Ads can create visibility, but the landing experience still needs to match the ad. Email can bring someone back, but the linked page still needs a clear message and next step.
We begin by learning how the business works, why customers choose it, what is already working, and what customers need. The Website and ongoing marketing can then work as one customer path instead of a collection of disconnected tasks.
This approach does not guarantee rankings, leads, or sales. It creates a clearer foundation for measuring what happens and deciding what should improve next.
When Website Build Only may fit better
Some businesses need a defined Website project without ongoing marketing support. HawaiiWebSEO offers Website Build Only as a separate one-time service for $2,750, due at launch.
It covers a new Website or focused revamp of up to five standard pages, responsive design, content planning and copy polishing, foundational SEO, contact-form setup, and two consolidated edit rounds.
Website Build Only may fit when you already have another team handling ongoing work, have a reliable internal process, or simply want a one-time Website project. Ecommerce, custom functionality, advanced integrations, and extensive migrations are quoted separately.
If you want the Website and ongoing marketing managed together, compare the recurring plans instead.
A practical way to decide
Ask four questions:
- Do you need a new Website or a focused revamp?
- After launch, who will manage the Website, SEO, advertising, or email work?
- Which ongoing service best supports your current goal?
- Are the selected term, monthly scope, onboarding fee, taxes, and separate expenses clear?
If you need only the initial Website project, compare Website Build Only. If you want ongoing support, compare Plans 1–4 and the Custom Service Plans.
The right choice is the one whose scope matches what you need now and what you can support after launch.
